Contributions of the Optimization Group to the Open Day

To mark its 50th anniversary, the University of Wuppertal will host an open day on May 21, 2022, starting at 11 a.m.

The Optimization Group is involved with the following contributions:

•     Comfort vs. cost: How much do you really love your car?
•     The knapsack problem
•     The mathematics of herding sheep
•     Math and round trips
•     Math studies and then?
•     MatZe - The Math Center of the University of Wuppertal
