International visitor from Glasgow
On Friday, July 7, 2023, Dr. Thomas Byrne from the University of Strathclyde was a guest at the University of Wuppertal to present his research results in location theory. In his talk "Getting over it" he addressed facility location problems while taking under consideration barriers such as rivers or lakes and presented solution methods that show "that we can truly get over it".
